The staff are incredibly polite and caring.

The double room is luxurious, we also thoroughly enjoyed romantic views. It offers gorgeous, marvellous location. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy.

Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in a first class hotel. Breakfast was impecable, one of the best cooked breakfast ever with great service from all the staff.

Incredible, fairly clean place with honest staff who attend to every request. Stunning location, within short walking distance to Ventnor Park and Putting Green. Found in a lovely area. Romantic views over the front garden and...

Limited parking availability!!! Inconsistent housekeeping practices!!! Rooms need modernization to enhance overall aesthetic appeal!!! Noise levels from events disrupted relaxation !!!

Old world charm,staff courtesyand friendliness,gardens and surrounds. We were also impressed with the welcoming of children.

excellent stay but minor noise issues

The staff delivered really good service throughout our 10-night stay. The garden view from our room was a lovely touch, made our mornings special.

There were occasional noise disturbances from the outside.

Friendly service, extremely comfortable. beautiful and well-kept garden and pool. Easy access to beach and town. I was travelling with an elderly relative with poor eye-sight and the staff showed great care and attention. Food was excellent and the...  

We did not have dinner but breakfast food was good.

We were promised, for an extra 40 pound per night, a room with "glimpses of the coastline". The imagination was stretched for this to happen.

What a pleasant surprise ,the hotel has been luxuriously redecorated. Attentive staff, good rooms.

The single room with a garden view offers a peaceful retreat, showcasing pleasant greenery right outside the window. Facilities for tea and coffee are impressively stocked were nice.

The parking situation leaves much to be desired. While the website claims ample parking, the reality is quite different, as most spots are pre-booked, leading to a rather inconvenient scramble for spaces. Common areas like the dining menu could use some added variety, as the limited options tended to feel stale over a prolonged stay.

we are gluten free and our requests for a special diet was fully catered for, we are both very impressed with the staff and service

the cost of room service at an extra £10.00 per person seemed a bit high

Food was five star. Arrangements for small children were excellent.

Wi-fi in the public areas very slow and intermittent, otherwise no complaints.
